Applied Net is the flagship annual conference for Applied and our family of brands – EZLynx, Tarmika and Ivans. Over four days, you’ll take part in some great education sessions, meet tons of insurance pros, check out the latest products and services in the industry, hear from fantastic speakers, and just have a blast!

The Applied Client Network (ACN) is the only authorized user group for Applied Systems software. The network offers members education, industry advocacy, peer-to-peer networking, and direct product influence with Applied Systems to help drive better business results.

We’re excited to offer a special discount on ACN membership when you bundle it with your Applied Net registration. When registering, choose the “Member Individual + Join the Applied Client Network Today” registration type to receive the discounted membership price PLUS the member price for the conference. You can expect to learn product tips and tricks from other software users, hear valuable insights from industry experts, and receive hands-on training from our tech gurus. You’ll become immersed in information and experience networking opportunities that will increase the value of your technology investment, making your business more valuable and productive.

Our education program offers over 250 sessions on a wide range of subjects, including industry trends, professional development topics, and best practices for utilizing our software. So, regardless of your role or the technology you use within the Applied family, we offer sessions tailored to your unique needs and interests. And our persona-specific learning tracks make it easy to find the ones that resonate with you. 

The complete list of conference session titles will be available in June 2026. The Applied Net team is determined to provide you with the best-in-class technology education. With more than 250 sessions now being scheduled, you can rest assured that there will be education for all levels of experience, all agency roles, and all users in the Applied family.

No, all you need to do is register for the conference. Once we get closer to the event, you can build your agenda in the Applied Net app, but you don’t have to add sessions to your agenda to attend them.

Sessions are led by industry trailblazers, our product experts, and other software users like yourself.

Continuing Education (CE) sessions are available to ensure you meet your state's licensing requirements while also providing additional education to build success at your business. Sessions will be held during the Pre-Conference program on Monday, September 28, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. An additional fee of $64 per session and pre-registration are required.

The Applied Net Exchange is our bustling expo hall that houses all the tech must-haves. Here, you can visit the Applied booth to explore the latest innovations across our brands, connect with over 100 exhibitors showcasing their exciting products and services, and network with other software users at the ACN booth. All this while enjoying some tasty treats and drinks on us!

We recommend business casual attire for the entire conference. Dress pants or jeans, dresses, blouses, and sports coats (tie or no tie – up to you!) are welcome. Conference ballrooms tend to be chilly, so please bring a blazer or a sweater.

Your official conference badge is required for admittance to all Applied Net daytime and evening events. If you misplace your badge during the conference, please seek assistance at the Applied Net Help Desk.

Yes. Applied Net offers a discount on full conference registration for groups of four or more and groups of 10 or more within the same organization. The more people you send, the more you save! Please contact the Applied Client Network at 800.383.2952 for group registrations.

Full conference registration includes exclusive access to all education sessions, keynotes, exhibits, published meals, and evening events. Additional fees apply for the CE classes and Emerging Leaders Program.

Yes. One-day registration includes education sessions, keynotes, exhibits, published meals, and evening events on the selected day. Attendees can choose from Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. One-day registration costs $1,050 for ACN members and $1,100 for non-members.

Yes. There are two registration options for guests. Guest full registration is $899 and includes keynotes, exhibits, published meals, and evening events, but does NOT include education sessions. Guest evening event passes are $349 per event and allow conference registrants to purchase tickets to the Tuesday and/or Wednesday evening event(s). This does not include any other meal functions or exhibits. Attendees going to evening events must be 21 years of age or older.

We accept MasterCard®, Visa®, and American Express®.

We hope you don’t have to cancel your registration, but if you do, you must submit a request to info@appliedclientnetwork.org. A 10% fee will be charged for each canceled registration received on or before June 12, 2026. Cancellations received between June 13, 2026, and August 14, 2026, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after August 14, 2026. Substitutions, however, may be made at any time. No-shows without prior written notice are responsible for payment in full. Applied Client Network and Applied Systems are not responsible for non-refundable hotel reservations, airfares, or change fees incurred due to canceled airline flights or changes imposed by the airlines due to inclement weather or scheduling changes. Hotel reservations need to be canceled directly with the host resort.

• Sunday, September 27: 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

• Monday, September 28: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

• Tuesday, September 29: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

• Wednesday, September 30: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Registration closes; Help Desk remains open until 6:00 p.m.)

• Thursday, October 1: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (Help Desk only)
