Earn up to 7 hours of CE credits (for anyone holding the CISR or CSRM designation) to ensure you meet your state's licensing requirements while also gaining additional education on niche topics.

CE sessions include:

8:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Commercial Casualty Q&A (2 CE hours). Using a question-and-answer approach, you’ll review special coverage situations, including discontinued products, joint ventures, restaurants, country club events, hotels, mobile equipment versus business auto, and multi-state workers’ compensation issues.

10:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Analyzing Cyber Liability (2 CE hours). You’ll gain an understanding of the need for Cyber Liability coverage and the issues of this market segment. You’ll also examine third-party and first-party exposures and how best to provide coverage.

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Certificates of Insurance and Additional Insureds (3 CE hours). You’ll get a crash course in adding additional insureds and handling Certificates of Insurance. You’ll learn about the types of insureds, reasons for requesting additional insured status, and how to handle/minimize problems that may arise when adding additional insureds. You’ll review evidence of insurance forms and discuss how they differ from certificates and binders. You’ll also gain an understanding of Errors and Omissions considerations.

Program details: Sessions will be held on Monday, October 23, from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. as part of the Pre-Conference program. Pre-registration is required, including a $64 fee for each session. Spaces are limited, so sign up now!

Ivans Connect is back, and we’re excited to hold Ivans’ annual conference in conjunction with Applied Net! Ivans Connect provides a forum for insurers, MGAs, agencies, and solution providers to learn about the latest innovations and opportunities in digital distribution and servicing. This year’s program is set to feature more than 10 interactive sessions across a variety of topics, from Commercial Lines distribution to what agencies look for from their partners to the latest Ivans innovations and more. 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.	Tech Today Breakout Sessions: Hear from insurers and agencies how technology has supported their goals related to specific processes in our industry. Ivans experts will be on hand to provide demonstrations and technical expertise. Topics include commercial distribution, book roll and consolidation, connecting it all together with technology and APIs, and claims and risk mitigation experience.
1:45 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.	Into the Future Roundtable Discussions: Join one of our small group discussions to help define future technology priorities for Ivans clients and partners. Discussion topics include small commercial distribution, translation technology and APIs, third-party data integration and more.
